03.Chef. Working his way up from junior cook to Head Chef of the train over the past two decades, Jon has always shown a passion for sustainable agriculture, championing produce sourced from the very farms and fields by which the train passes. His work in the moving kitchens of the British Pullman is key to our culinary identity, and many culinary experts have joined Chef Jon’s team for unique British Pullman dining experiences throughout the years.

05. Celebration. The evening begins with champagne in the private lounge. Dinner follows: four courses prepared on board by your own chef, each paired with an English wine. A private DJ sets the pace. Between courses, musicians, singers and a magician come through the carriage.At midnight, champagne. You count down on board, among your own guests, as the train runs through the night. There is no stop for fireworks. The celebration stays inside the carriage.Celia returns to Victoria at twenty past midnight. Private cars take everyone home.
